Services Provided:
I can provide individual, couples or family counseling, with children, teens or adults. As a therapist of relationships, I believe that having a safe home base from which to address the outside world creates the most healing. Therefore, I prefer to meet with couples or families, to help you create a safe haven. However, if only one in a couple or family wants to attend counseling, this can be enough to create positive results in your relationships. I also work with individuals who want to address the key issues of being human, those "existential" questions that include: What is my purpose in life? How do I deal with my fears? How do I live my life authentically? How do I successfully get my needs met as well as meet the needs of those I love?

Rates:
$140 for a 1 hour and 15 minute session (generally the length of couple's or family sessions)

$120 for a 1 hour session
$100 for a 45-50 minute session
$20-30 per week for a 1 1/4 hour to 1 1/2 hour group session


Availability:
I am available in Auburn, CA on Mondays, Tuesdays, some Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9am to 7pm.

One of the best indicators of successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between a therapist and her client. So call to schedule a consultation and see for yourself whether you would feel comfortable having me become a part of your life for awhile.

Concerning Insurance:
I do not bill insurance companies. I can provide you with a billing statement that you may be able to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. I believe that insurance companies can be a major impediment to successful therapy in that they often control the kind of therapy allowed, and the number of sessions allowed. In addition, your privacy is much invaded in that I would have to give you a diagnosis (which may follow you through your medical records), and possibly provide my session notes to your insurance company. I have some space available on a sliding scale to help low-income families afford counseling.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You will be charged the full session fee for late cancellations or missed appointments, and you may lose your appointment time.
